Be Sure You Get Your EWI Emails – Whitelist Us

What is a White List?
A White List is a list of accepted e-mail addresses or domain names from which an e-mail blocking program will allow messages to be received.

Why is it important?
Unsolicited, unwanted advertising e-mail, commonly known as "spam", has become a big problem. That’s why most e-mail services and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have put some sort of blocking or filtering system in place with the intention of blocking spam.

We at Elliott Wave International applaud their intention to protect you from spam, but everyone agrees that the current systems for stopping spam have flaws that may prevent requested emails from being received.

There are simple steps you can take to make sure you receive your EWI emails and prevent them from being falsely blocked.

One thing you can do on any e-mail system you're using is add us to your address book – customerservice@elliottwave.com - You will also find it in the “From” line of our emails.

Of course, every e-mail system is different. Below are instructions for some of the more popular email and spam filtering programs.  If yours isn't here, please contact your provider for instructions. (And please forward the response to us so we may add it).

Scroll down or click on the menu to the right to find instruction for your email provider or software.

AOL

Go to keyword: Mail Controls. Select the screen name we're sending your Elliott Wave International to. Click Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name.

Version 9.0:
Open your latest Elliott Wave International e-mail. Click the Add Address button (on the right) to add to your "People I Know" list.

Alternatively, you can just send an e-mail to: customerservice@elliottwave.com, and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically. To do this:

Open your latest Elliott Wave International e-mail. Click the Reply button (it's in the top right corner). A new email window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box. Replace the address in the Send To box with: customerservice@elliottwave.com Click Send Now (in the top right corner). Even if the e-mail you send doesn't get through to us, the act of sending it does the job of putting us into your "People I Know" list.
