We can't all be rock stars. Heck, a lot of people can't stand rock music, much less heavy metal, punk, or math rock. Yet figuratively speaking, most of us would like to be "rock stars" at what we do -- to stand out in our field. Adoring fans, loads of money and unlimited perks wouldn't hurt, either.

Here at EWI, our analysts are all "rock stars" at what they do. Perhaps it's the rock and roll roots of Elliott Wave International's founder -- Robert Prechter was a rock drummer before he was an analyst (true: employees got to see Prechter back in the saddle at our awesome company Christmas party last weekend!).

We employ highly accomplished market veterans, to ensure an ensemble that provides world-class analysis.

Mike Drakulich has nearly 30 years of market experience. He graduated from California State University with a degree in finance and began his career in 1981 as a stockbroker for E.F. Hutton. In 1988, Mike began the Wave Signals Newsletter, providing in-depth daily and intraday analysis of Elliott wave patterns, technical analysis and sentiment indicators. During this time, Financial News Network (now CNBC) interviewed Mike weekly and his commentary was regularly featured on Carl Swenlin's decisionpoint.com.

As EWI's Senior Metals Analyst, Mike looks for the major turns and trends in metals, and presents subscribers with forecasts for what's next in gold, silver, copper and more. He also includes his big-picture outlook and prepares readers for possible alternate scenarios.

If you follow metals and would like to participate in our upcoming special live webinar, subscribe to an intraday or end-of-day portion of Metals Specialty Service before 4 p.m. Eastern, Tuesday, Dec. 7.

Think of it as a sort of "backstage pass" to gain access to our Metals rock star, Mike Drakulich. This exclusive webinar is for fans of excellence in analysis!

Metals Specialty Service was previously part of an EWI subscription service package reserved primarily for professional traders. But a few years ago, we unpackaged it and made it affordable for individual traders – while preserving its professional edge.

What's more, you can select just the coverage of the markets you actually need. The more Specialty Services you select, the lower the cost of each one – a valuable perk for our "rock star" subscribers, regardless of which service you choose.

How to Use the Wave Principle to Identify Actionable Opportunities in Gold & Silver

In December 2010, the conventional wisdom claimed the fundamentals were unanimously bullish -- and that gold & silver would continue higher. Yet in December, EWI's Metals Specialty Service identified a textbook Elliott wave pattern: a "contracting triangle." This 20-page eBook walks you step-by-step through this opportunity-identifying pattern, by using an in-depth, real-world trading example.

The Elliott Wave Principle is a detailed description of how financial markets behave. The description reveals that mass psychology swings from pessimism to optimism and back in a natural sequence, creating specific Elliott wave patterns in price movements. Each pattern has implications regarding the position of the market within its overall progression, past, present and future. The purpose of Elliott Wave International’s market-oriented publications is to outline the progress of markets in terms of the Wave Principle and to educate interested parties in the successful application of the Wave Principle. While a course of conduct regarding investments can be formulated from such application of the Wave Principle, at no time will Elliott Wave International make specific recommendations for any specific person, and at no time may a reader, caller or viewer be justified in inferring that any such advice is intended. Investing carries risk of losses, and trading futures or options is especially risky because these instruments are highly leveraged, and traders can lose more than their initial margin funds. Information provided by Elliott Wave International is expressed in good faith, but it is not guaranteed. The market service that never makes mistakes does not exist. Long-term success trading or investing in the markets demands recognition of the fact that error and uncertainty are part of any effort to assess future probabilities. Please ask your broker or your advisor to explain all risks to you before making any trading and investing decisions.
