France’s CAC 40: (Fibonacci) 21 Years to Nowhere

On August 13, the CAC 40 came to within 32 points of its 2000 all-time high. Then it reversed lower.

French stocks hit an all-time high of 6,945 on September 4, 2000. In the 21 years that followed, there have been lots of ups and downs, but no new high.
